Privacy
Cuban Council does not trade, rent, or sell its mailing list or any information submitted through Moodstats. All information provided or collected will be held in strict confidence.

What information is collected?
When you synchronize your data with the Moodstats server, a complete copy of all your userdata is transferred to the Moodstats database. This includes information that you have marked as private, and information that is always private (like your Moodstats password and diary entries).

However, this information is collected only in order to provide you with a backup of your data in case of a computer crash, program failure, etc. Information that you have marked as private is never shared with any other Moodstats users, nor do other Moodstats users have access to your diary entries. The same applies for Cuban Council employees, of course.

What information do we disclose to outside parties?
None.

If you prefer not to receive the Moodstats newsletter, send an email to support@moodstats.com with the word "unsubscribe" in the subject.
